Job Summary Ludvik Electric is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, your day-to-day responsibilities involve answering phones, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, and checking in visitors. Other tasks include maintaining our file system and keeping track of our inventory of office supplies. Once you are familiar with our computer system, you may assist with billing and scheduling. While we prefer applicants who have experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant, the most important qualities are a positive attitude, a professional appearance, and a willingness to learn all other skills. Duties and Responsibilities Answer phones and manage correspondence Greet and check in visitors Assist with scheduling and billing Maintain the file system and assist with data entry Maintain inventory of office supplies Perform other clerical tasks as needed Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or GED certificate Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Organizational and customer service skills Preferred Skills An associate or bachelor's degree is a plus Receptionist experience preferred At Ludvik, we place high importance on providing a truly authentic and enjoyable work culture.
