Part-Time Administrative Assistant
Location: Qualicum Beach
Schedule: Part-time, including weekends (flexible hours)

Role Overview
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Administrative Assistant to support front-desk
operations and day-to-day administrative tasks. Training is provided; prior shockwave experience is not
required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in clients with a warm, professional manner
  • Manage phone, email, and appointment scheduling
  • Process client intake forms and maintain accurate records
  • Handle payments and issue receipts
  • Keep the reception area tidy and presentable
  • Provide general administrative support as needed
  • Prepare treatment rooms for therapists
  • Assist with room turnover between clients
  • Manage clinic laundry (sheets and hand towels)
  • Clean equipment daily

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using computers and scheduling systems (training provided)
  • Positive, professional, and dependable work style
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Enjoys being part of a team
  • Previous administrative or customer service experience is an asset
  • Experience using AI is an asset
  • Availability to work weekends
