We are a dynamic Gymnastics Center in Dubai, dedicated to providing a professional and supportive environment for athletes, coaches, and families. To support our growing operations, we are looking for an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role in the UAE.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a busy sports environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
  • Attested education certificates (mandatory).
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages (Arabic/Russian) is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the management and coaching team.
  • Manage correspondence: emails, phone calls, whatsApp and Instagram messages and inquiries from parents, staff, and partners.
  • Assist with scheduling classes, meetings, and events, ensuring smooth communication.
  • Maintain and update records, files, and databases (both electronic and paper).
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents using MS Office tools and CRM.
  • Support HR and finance with basic tasks such as leave tracking, petty cash records, and invoice follow-ups.
  • Welcome visitors, handle front-desk inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and service providers as needed.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.
