We are a local business founded in 2007 which has undergone rapid growth in the past few years and has now relocated to the only purpose built chiropractic centre in the UK, located in New Milton. We are currently searching for a part time administrative assistant/receptionist.
You will assist the director and on occasion senior team members with a wide range of organisational tasks and projects including covering the reception desk, regular task management, project management, property management, business growth activities, marketing, administration, KPI’s, sales, diary management, operating procedure creation, accounts and financials. You will be able to utilise your current skillset and also have the opportunity to learn a range of new ones in order to support the business.
As this is a dynamic role you must be exceptionally organised and able to work well under pressure. You must have a business centric attitude and a strong work ethos and be willing and able to learn a range of new skills. Job Type: Part-time
