YOUR SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fluent in English, both written & spoken
  • Love of customer service and engaging with people from a variety of backgrounds & ages
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills including tact and diplomacy
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks
  • Demonstrated experience in providing administrative & clerical support, and knowledge of general office procedures and practices
  • Proficient with software such as word processing, spreadsheets, presentation, databases, and email (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Operate office equipment such as printers, fax machines and photocopiers and ensure they are routinely maintained
  • Experience with those on the Autism Spectrum or other special needs is an asset
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred is nice to have

Responsibilities
  • You will be the face of our Roncesvalles (Toronto West) Clinic; the first point of contact for new and existing clientele
  • Greeting & assisting clients with a friendly and professional attitude
  • Coordinate and maintain clinician appointment calendars
  • Work in tandem with our clinicians to provide a seamless visit for our clients
  • Handle daily communication with new & existing clients
  • Maintain client communication records
  • Maintain general tidiness of the reception & clinical spaces
