ABOUT US

Our organization is looking for a Bilingual (French/English) Administrator to join our team. This role is an integral part in our success. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask and prioritize tasks, and have a strong attention to detail. We are looking for an individual who is able to work independently as well as part of a team. Preferred proficiency in English and French for speaking, reading and writing.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with Realtors, Branch Manager, Administrators, Lawyers, and other Brokerages on various issues including missing documentation, requirements, and closings.
  • Processing real estate deal transactions, trade record sheets, and finalizing deals.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems.
  • Review and update real estate transactions ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Answer phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks.
  • Provide administrative support to other staff members.
