What You’ll Do As the Administrative Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of our Events & Retail team. Your responsibilities will include: Managing payroll functions and verifying timecards for accuracy Processing bonuses, expense reports, and mileage reimbursements Tracking event and retail expenses and generating reports Providing administrative training for managers and staff on systems like Paylocity and Humanity Coordinating weekly meetings and ensuring smooth communication across teams Greet and speak with customers; book appointments for the sales team Base pay starting at $16 an hour with unlimited bonus potential! What We’re Looking For You’re detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about administrative excellence. You have experience with payroll systems, expense tracking, and reporting, and you’re comfortable training others on administrative processes. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. The schedule would be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9AM-4:30PM.
