Please note that this role will primarily involve preparing clinical reports for patients in an administrative capacity

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience ideally within a healthcare setting/service
  • Minimum GCSE level education, further qualifications preferable
Responsibilities
  • Report preparation: Supporting with collation and proof reading of reports by various healthcare professionals for individual clients. Includes preparation of Autism and ADHD diagnostic assessment reports, as well as scoring questionnaires for the preparation of reports (training will be provided)
  • Liaising with other members of the team as appropriate to understand service needs
  • Support with ad hoc administrative tasks as determined by the Clinical Director
  • This will be a hybrid role, primarily working from home with opportunities to attend the office in Basingstoke.
  • The ideal candidate will be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications as well as confidence with using new computer systems.
  • A good understanding of patient confidentiality is essential. The successful candidate will share our visions and values, and have an understanding or passion for working with neurodivergent individuals.
  • The individual must be highly organised, flexible, and have excellent attention to detail.
    This role will be a hybrid role with regular time spent at the office, as well as working from home. The days in the office will be discussed and agreed with the successful candidate.
    This position requires a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications as well as confidence with using new computer systems.

    The individual will be patient focused, able to work on their own initiative, be a team player, and have an excellent telephone manner.
