JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Background in Office Admin., College Residence Office, Accounting background is an asset
  • Two years’ correlating experience
  • Outstanding Customer Service

Responsibilities
  • Assisting with student support in the Residence office – making appointments, updating Star Rez(room booking system), sorting mail, updating keys and maintenance requests, cashiering
  • Strong customer service skills for our students – very outgoing
  • Checking rooms for intakes and when students move out
  • Tours
  • Assisting students in applying on-line
  • Strong assistance and cross coverage with the Team
