Position: Administrative Assistant Working Hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST) Full-Time, Remote Work. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks Assist with basic financial reporting, reconciliations, and ensuring data accuracy Perform general administrative duties, including scheduling, document management, and correspondence Maintain organized and up-to-date financial and compliance records Support compliance processes by ensuring documentation aligns with internal policies and regulatory requirements Assist with audits and internal reviews by preparing necessary documentation Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth financial and operational workflows Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records where needed Proven experience working with QuickBooks (essential) Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes Strong organizational and administrative skills High attention to detail, particularly in financial data and compliance documentation Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace Comfortable working U.S. hours Remote work from home
