Description
Responsibilities Administrative Support Provide daily administrative assistance to loan officers and company leadership. Manage calendars, schedule virtual meetings, and coordinate client appointments. Handle email correspondence, prepare reports, and maintain organized digital records. Loan Processing Assistance Support loan officers with client onboarding, application preparation, and document collection. Enter and update loan information into CRM systems and loan management portals. Track loan applications, renewals, and approvals, ensuring deadlines are met. Operational Support Prepare and review loan-related documentation for accuracy and compliance. Assist with data entry, file management, and digital recordkeeping. Monitor workflow and follow up on pending tasks to ensure timely completion. Client Communication Respond to client inquiries professionally and promptly. Act as a liaison between clients, loan officers, and internal teams. Provide updates on loan application status and assist with basic client queries. Remote Collaboration Use digital tools (Zoom, Teams, Slack, etc.) to stay connected with the team. Contribute to process improvements and efficiency in virtual workflows. Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Virtual Assistant, preferably in the loan or financial services industry. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and CRM/loan management systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities. Familiarity with loan processes (applications, renewals, approvals) is highly advantageous. High level of professionalism, discretion, and customer service orientation. Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.
