Duties:
- Perform clerical tasks such as answering phone calls, taking messages, and sorting mail
- Greet and assist visitors at the front desk
- Maintain and organize office files and records
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Utilize Stone Orchard, Microsoft Office, and QuickBooks for various administrative tasks
- Provide administrative support to the office staff
- Assist with billing and invoicing processes
- Other duties as required
