Key Responsibilities

  • General office administration (filing, data entry, document management)
  • Handling incoming calls and emails in a professional manner
  • Assisting with basic bookkeeping or finance tasks
  • Supporting management and colleagues
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company procedures

Requirements

  • Previous office/administrative experience (essential)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good IT skills (Microsoft Office or similar)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with the ambition to develop
