  • Answer telephone calls and return voicemails
  • Support diverse projects for other employees
  • Greet and direct visitors
  • Complete word processing, filing, and faxing
  • Foundational knowledge in Email Correspondence
  • Client communications experience
  • Strong familiarity with Email Communications
  • Command of Digital Signatures
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Canada Revenue Agency Tax Form
  • Skills in internet research
  • Solid computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills
  • At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
