REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in business administration or related field is a plus
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
Assist with data entry tasks to maintain accurate records
Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
