POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Office Administrator will provide high-level administrative and organizational support within a family office environment. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, and discretion in handling both business and personal matters for family members and their enterprises. The successful candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, assist with financial and administrative tasks, and act as a trusted point of contact for the family, advisors, and service providers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Post-secondary education in business administration, finance, or related field preferred
  • Prior experience as an Office Administrator, Executive Assistant, or Office Manager (experience in family office, private wealth management, or professional services is an asset)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint); knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and adapt in a dynamic environment
