    We are currently seeking a detail-oriented individual for the position of Administration Assistant within our Calgary, AB branch. This is a full-time, onsite permanent position that reports directly to the Assistant Controller.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School diploma or equivalent (Post secondary education in business administration or accounting is an asset)
  • 3–5 years of experience in an administrative, accounting, or office support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Outlook, and Word).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles (AP/AR) preferred.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other inventory/finance systems) is an asset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must have reliable transportation
Responsibilities
  • Perform a wide range of administrative & clerical tasks to support branch operations
  • Process billing and invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  • Handle receiving documentation and enter materials into internal systems
  • Manage accounts payable (AP) including invoice verification, coding and vendor communication
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems, both electronic & paper
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments, vendors, and customers
  • Support additional office duties as required by the branch manager or supervisor
