Responsibilities
  • Deal with all enquiries via phone, email and in person
  • Arrange and co-ordinate client meetings & appointments
  • Support the team of advisors / trainers and co-ordinate their diaries
  • Book training courses and assist with administering the paperwork relating to the training department
  • Welcome delegates on reception and arrange refreshments throughout course days
  • Assist all areas of the business with administration tasks as required.
