Description

Sai Nutrition Centre, a complementary health centre based in Northwood Hills, is looking for 1 hands on administrative assistant.

Tasks to include:

  • ensure the smooth running of the reception areas;
  • booking, rescheduling and cancelling client appointments;
  • dealing with client enquiries in person, over the telephone or by email;
  • invoicing and taking payments from clients;
  • dealing with incoming and outgoing post; and
  • stock control including conducting stock inventories on a regular basis.

  • is able to manage workload under pressure and prioritise tasks;
  • is reliable, well-presented and discreet;
  • is proficient in Microsoft Office ( Excel and Word); and
  • pays attention to detail

These roles may suit gap year students.Hours required:
Role :
Part Time hours: Monday to Thursday 3.00pm to 6:30pm & Friday 8:30am to 6:30pm
Alternate Saturdays: 8:30am to 6:30pm
Average based on the working hours over 2 weeks equates to 29hrs per week (week 1 will be 24hrs and week 2 will be 34hrs due to the alternate Saturday working)
