We have a great opportunity with our sales and marketing team as an Administrative Assistant. Duties/Responsibilities: Manage inbound sales inquiries and ensure timely follow-up with prospective customers. Answer incoming telephone calls, providing customer support and/or directing to appropriate team members. Respond to and resolve internal sales and purchasing questions. Assist with daily customer communications including shared inbox management. Responsible for maintaining, updating and distributing pricing updates. Act as a liaison between sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and communication. Order and maintain office, marketing, and operational supplies (including SWAG and event materials). Provide administrative support to sales and marketing department and other departments as needed. Provide backup support to scale house. Education and Experience: High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) 1+ year of relevant experience preferred Some college or business coursework is a plus Required Qualifications/Skills: Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Strong customer service and communication skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Basic math skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other online systems (CRM experience a plus) Benefits of Working at Didion Orf Recycling: Medical Insurance with Deductible Reimbursement Plan Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life and Disability Insurance Plans Flexible Spending Plan 401k Plan Paid Holidays Paid Time Off and Flex Time Available Hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm and some Saturdays from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. *Saturdays are rotated throughout the team and will be less than once per month.
