QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace
  • Language English, preferred Russian/Spanish
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize workload effectively
  • Experience in customer service or clerical roles is highly valued

Responsibilities
  • Introduction, creation and update of Excel Stock List
  • Documents Review and Formatting: Review and format Microsoft Office documents, including resumes and internal process documentation. Maintain and organize files efficiently, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
  • Processing and sending parcels via FedEx, USPS etc.
  • Work with E-bay
  • Manage social networks (Instagram, Facebook), update website
  • Collect data and information when needed
  • Answer phone calls and direct inquires to an appropriate person
  • Maintain and restock office supplies and inventory
  • Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying.
  • Manage the full sales cycle - from indicial contact to closing deals and after-sales support
  • Advise clients on selecting suitable inventory based on market trends, customer preference, and price points
