Doortech Mfg. & Distribution Ltd. is a provider of hollow metal and wood doors, aluminum frames and windows, curtain walls and automated entrance systems for the commercial industry. At Doortech we take pride in putting our customers first with superior professional, friendly service.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
· Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
· Schedule and confirm appointments.
· Answer telephone/email and relay messages and status updates.
· Invoicing and filing.
· Data Entry.
· Internal procurement
· Provide superior customer service.
· Participate in continuing education opportunities as and when these are presented to you.
· Strong and frequent communication with customers
· Support others within the sales/service team to achieve customer satisfaction.
· Ensure that your office is kept clean and organized, that your files are maintained in good order and that your paperwork is submitted for processing in a timely manner.
· All other duties as assigned from time-to-time.
