ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - SALES Location: Ashley, IN, 46705 JOB SUMMARY: The Sales Administrative Assistant is a dynamic and experienced individual responsible for supporting our sales efforts and contributing to our mission of promoting eco-friendly solutions. This position focuses on supporting customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction, and effectively coordinating between clients and internal teams. The role is ideal for individuals passionate about technology and customer service, offering a chance to work in a dynamic, fast pace growth-oriented environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES, FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assist Sales Representatives in managing customer accounts, ensuring a seamless customer experience and high level of satisfaction. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and ensuring their demands are met promptly. * Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, including technical support and logistics, to address customer concerns and requests effectively. * Prepare and analyze sales reports, tracking account performance and identifying trends to help drive business decisions. * Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for customer retention and acquisition. * Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations for clients. * Coordinate with the logistics department to ensure timely delivery of products and services. * Participate in industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and promote the company’s products and services. * Provide feedback from customers to assist in product development and enhancement. * Report to the Sales Team.
