Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our team in Salt Lake City, UT. This full-time role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is an in-office role supporting two departments. Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and via email. Aid in the permitting process with local agencies Coordinate testing with fire marshals Excellent communication with customers regarding scheduling and updates. Enter data into various systems. Scan and file documents. Work with multiple managers and departments. Work independently with minimal supervision. Assist with sales. Requirements Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing demands. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently. Must pass a national criminal background check. Must pass a pre-employment drug test (and participate in random testing if required).
