Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our team in Salt Lake City, UT. This full-time role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is an in-office role. Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and via email. Scheduling for 7-10 technicians. Excellent communication with customers regarding scheduling and updates. Enter data into various systems. Scan and file documents. Work with multiple managers and departments. Work independently with minimal supervision. Requirements Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing demands. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently. Must pass a national criminal background check. Must pass a pre-employment drug test (and participate in random testing if required). Effective communication skills in English. Why Join Us?
