Organize the office, assist to optimize procedures, sort and distribute communications (i.e. inbound/outbound correspondence, visitors, effective information flow). Handle administrative requests and queries, and organize/schedule appointments, plan meetings and take minutes. Take over time and travel management, and travel expenses for team members or manager. Coordinate with other departments, and/or maintain relationships with external parties as involved (i.e. suppliers, customers, authorities). Create and update records to ensure accuracy and validity of information, and assist in the preparation of qualified reports or presentations. Support team events with organizational and logistical efforts to enhance engagement and promote corporate culture. Implement best practices in administrative processes by continuously evaluating workflows and proposing improvements to enhance overall team productivity. Your Qualifications Associate degree in a business-related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative function. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication ability (written & verbal). Ability to meet deadlines. Ability and willingness to professionally represent Schaeffler in all settings. Ability to prioritize and make decisions. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality. External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship.
