We are a residential glass service company. Shower enclosures, glass railings and custom mirrors account for a large portion of our daily business. We are a quality-based company.
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative assistant/Scheduler to join our team. This role is key in ensuring our installation projects run smoothly from start to finish.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (phone and email).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple priorities.
  • Basic computer skills (experience with scheduling software or ERP systems is an asset).
  • Physically able to lift and move glass and hardware as needed.
Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate installation jobs with customers and installation teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of job stages, truck schedules, and project details.
  • Communicate ETAs to customers and installation crews.
  • Handle incoming calls, including rescheduling requests and confirmations.
  • Contact customers prior to installation to confirm appointments.
  • Occasionally assist with moving glass and hardware in the warehouse (light to moderate lifting required).
