Description Crownview Co-Occurring Institute is a leading outpatient mental health provider supporting individuals with co-occurring disorders across PHP, IOP, and OP levels of care. We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant/Scheduling Coordinator who will serve as the backbone of our scheduling and administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, problem-solving, and supporting clinical teams in delivering high-quality care. What You’ll Do: Serve as the primary scheduling contact for providers, therapists, and facilitators Manage daily schedules in the EMR and supporting tracking systems Monitor communication platforms and respond to schedule changes in real time Collaborate with leadership to optimize clinical coverage and efficiency Ensure appointment frequency aligns with payer and regulatory requirements Support telehealth sessions and administrative workflows Maintain confidentiality and compliance at all times Join a collaborative team where your work directly supports client care and clinical success. Full-Time | Non-Exempt, Hourly Pay Range: $25.00 – $27.00 per hour (Compensation is based on experience, skills, and internal equity.) Some college preferred; or Minimum two years of administrative assistant experience, including one year of experience in health care, preferred. Attainment of at least 18 years of age Health Screening with Negative TB Test Results Current Basic Life Support Certification-First Aid/CPR Valid Government ID Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and healthcare management/EMR systems. Ability to read, interpret, and apply clinic policies and procedures. Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information. Problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Flexibility to adapt to changing operational needs.
