Please read more about New U Therapy Center & Family Services here: www.newutherapy.com Now Hiring: Administrative Assistant (Virtual / Work-From-Home) Our Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing the scheduling of patient appointments and verifying patient insurance eligibility and benefit coverage, while providing excellent customer service and administrative support. Skills: Critical Thinking - Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems Service Orientation - Actively looking for ways to help people Social Perceptiveness - Being aware of others' reactions and understanding why they react as they do Active Listening - Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times Attention to Detail – Able to follow processes and routines Comprehension and Expression - The ability to comprehend and communicate information and ideas so others will understand Active Learning - Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.
