SCHOOL OF CHINESE MEDICINE CLINICAL DIVISION Administrative Assistant (25260356) Responsibilities: Provide daily accounting and general administration support to clinics; Handle and check the daily income of the clinics; Prepare invoice for payment; Coordinate and follow up the weekly logistic management from/to clinics and office; Handle the purchasing matters for the clinics and office; Maintain accurate and up-to-date system inventory records; Perform physical count of inventory, and reconcile actual stock count to the system record; Optimise the storage space; Recommend to the Division the transfer of surplus or unused supplies and equipment among different clinics; Answer internal & external enquires; Provide support to meetings and events; and Perform any other duties as assigned. Requirements: A higher diploma or an associate degree; At least one year of relevant work experience; Proficiency in common computer applications including MS Office, Excel and Chinese word processing; Good interpersonal skills and a strong sense of responsibility; and Ability to work independently and be self-motivated. Immediately availability will be an advantage. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a computer test. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
