Administrative Assistant Job Description   Office assistance is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support /services to ensure effective and efficient operations of the day-to-day functionality within the office. As well as giving support to the sale team and warehouse staff when/where needed.  Being careful about detail and thoroughness in completing tasks. Displaying a good-natured & cooperative attitude when working with guests and fellow team-members. Taking ownership in the position and responsibility for time management. Duties and responsibilities * Answer phones, directing to appropriate parties and/or take messages. *  Schedule deliveries and complete delivery tickets. Complete delivery manifest. *  Send delivery reminders through Podium. *  Enter customer email addresses in Constant Contact *  Thank you letter to customers through Podium. *  Process payments through Clover Credit Card machine. *  Maintain all filing. *  Maintain office cleanliness, light cleaning such as vacuuming office deferred day-Saturday, keeping your desk neat and clean. *  Proficiency with Furniture Wizard Software *  Enter and process sales orders, detail is a must in this area. *  Process customer financing online applications. *  Understanding of special orders and layaway procedures *  Understanding the function of all office machines, change toner, ink, and add paper in all office machines. *  Assist sales staff when needed, know, and understand manufacturer portals to assist sales staff with cost, etc. *  Any other duties asked your manager and/or Scott and/or Dawn Schroeder  Accountabilities * Good customer service skills * Dependable, attendance * Good work ethic Qualifications * Knowledge of computer, typing and calculator skills  * Knowledge of Microsoft word and excel * Good attention to detail  * Willingness to learn  * Must be able to life 10 lbs. Relationships * Reports to office manager Hours * 20-30 hours a week  * Saturdays required
