ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team with daily administrative tasks and office operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Provide administrative support to management and staff
· Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
· Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
· Assist in the opening and setup of new projects, ensuring all documentation and system entries are accurate and complete
· Maintain weekly updates of newly opened projects
· Prepare reports, memos, and other documents
· Maintain filing systems (digital and physical)
· Order office supplies and manage inventory
· Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and other clerical tasks
