Description
Position Overview Euro Group Engineering Consultancy is looking for a proactive and highly organized Administrative Assistant / Secretary to support our team on a major operation & maintenance project for municipal assets in Riyadh. You will handle official correspondence with the Ministry, prepare professional documents and presentations, and manage archiving and follow-up for all project documentation. Key Responsibilities Draft, edit and finalize official correspondence, memos and reports in Arabic and English for MoMRAH and related entities. Prepare, format and update presentations, management briefs, dashboards and periodic project reports for internal and external meetings. Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, coordinate meetings and engagements, and organize logistics with ministry officials and project teams. Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM), circulate action points and track timely follow-up and closure. Perform document control and records management: registration, tracking, archiving, retrieval and secure handling of confidential or sensitive files (electronic and hard-copy). Maintain organized filing systems and ensure accurate archiving of all project documents. Track submissions, approvals, work orders and renewals related to municipal assets; monitor status and update stakeholders. Coordinate communication and information flow between departments, project teams and external stakeholders. Support daily office operations and administrative tasks to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of deliverables. Uphold professional standards, confidentiality and high attention to detail in all communications and documentation. Mandatory Requirements Currently in Riyadh and available for immediate joining Minimum 5 years of administrative/secretarial experience with Saudi government entities (preferably ministries or municipalities) Proven experience in document control, official correspondence, and follow-up with government agencies Excellent Arabic (written & spoken); English is an advantage Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) Experience in engineering consultancy / O&M / infrastructure / municipal projects is a strong plus.
