Serioplast is looking for an Administrative Specialist for our plants in Saint Louis, MO.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

For our plant in St. Louis, MO we are looking for an Administrative Specialist who, reporting to the Administration and Finance Manager.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Performs administrative tasks such as email management, filing and document management, record keeping
  • Maintains and manages company assets, vehicles, and other equipment and facilities
  • Arranges transfers, hotel booking, flights, entertainment and refreshments for visitors and company events
  • Performs daily tasks pertaining to general affairs acting as contact person with employees, service providers, external agencies and authorities
  • Supports the Administration and Finance Manager in carrying out tasks, such as data entry into the ERP system, and specific projects

Technical Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of business economics
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Package, especially Excel
  • Good knowledge of SAP is preferred, but not mandatory
  • Strong organizational skills
