Administrative Assistant – Service Department with our Head Office team at Edmonton, AB location.
Overview
The Administrative Assistant – Service Department is responsible for providing administrative and
operational support to the store locations by ensuring that business operations are maintained in an
effective and efficient manner.
The Administrative Assistant reports to the Office Manager, Team Lead and upper management. The full
time Administrative Assistant will have guaranteed 30-40 hours per week

Responsibilities

Representative and promoter of the Paris Jewellers Brand.
Answer incoming calls and assist with receptionist duties.
Greet guests with a positive and energetic attitude both in person and on the phone.
Quality control services completed by Goldsmiths/Suppliers before returning them to retail store fronts
with precise accuracy.
Assist in providing estimates for services taken in from retail store fronts in a timely manner.
Assist in speaking to customers in regards to customer complaints or inquiries
Collaboratively work with retail brand ambassadors, managers and district managers to provide a
solution for all customer repair related questions.
Respond to questions and requests from stores and customers in a timely manner.
Assist with customer service request, complaints and celebration
Assist with shipping and receiving for stores and manufacturers.
Assist in the distribution and shipping of marketing material.
Distribute mail.
Assist with stock transfers and preparing manifests with high level of accuracy.
Assist with tagging merchandise.
Data entry.
Maintaining stock and inventory control.
Ensure daily operations are completed and to standard.
Participate in and complete all training and development programs.
Participate in and maintain cleanliness.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Maintain a high level of accountability.
Always act in the best interest of the company.
General office support.
Other duties as required.
