OVERVIEW: Reporting to the Director of HR, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support in all program areas by maintaining a well-organized and responsive environment.
The Administrative Assistant will manage various unit projects as needed and be a part of the organization Administrative Assistant Team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Grade 12, or minimum of one [1]-year related office experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective and proven organizational skills to be able to prioritize and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Must be accurate in entering data with high attention to detail.
  • Must be able to travel as needed.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
  • Knowledge of the Child and Family Services (CFS) sector and legislation an asset but not mandatory.
