  Looking for an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant – for fast-paced, professional environment.   A hardworking individual with a strong desire to succeed. Must possess excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills, with a good working knowledge of various computer applications including but not limited to Microsoft Excel.  Must possess the ability to collaborate with team members, multitask with strong follow-up, and be detail oriented.    Essential Skills & Responsibilities: * Polite and professional communication, written and verbal. * Receive/process high volume of phone/email requests efficiently and accurately. * Answering, screening and directing phone calls, responding to emails and managing correspondence * Opening Mail - Drafting, editing and formatting documents, reports and presentations *  Maintaining physical and electronic filing systems, scanning, photocopying, and handling incoming/outgoing mail. * Independent worker able to multitask, prioritizing properly to meet deadlines * Team player collaborating on, and contributing to, departmental goals. * Must be able to manage daily office operations by handling scheduling, correspondence, filing and data entry * Participate in writing, editing, and maintaining reports and instructional documents * Ordering and maintaining office supplies * Scheduling and Calendar Management - Coordinating Meetings, managing calendars for individuals or teams, and booking appointments * Travel Arrangements - coordinating logistics, including booking flights hotels and transportation * Assisting with the planning and setup of Company events or meetings * Maintaining databases, processing invoices and updated electronic records * Must be able to provide administrative support to the Executive and  Sales Management Team and Departments with various clerical tasks to ensure efficient workflow * Processing or entering expenses * Ability to learn new tasks quickly * Knowledge of computer applications, primarily MS Office 1. Excel – with strong knowledge of formulaic calculations 2. Word 3. Outlook 4. Powerpoint 5. Access 6. Google Drive  7. Office Communication Tools 8.
