About the Role: Our staffing agency is recruiting on behalf of multiple clients for Administrative Assistants to support day-to-day office operations, coordinate schedules, and ensure smooth workflow across teams. This role is ideal for organized, detail-oriented professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to management and team members (calendar management, scheduling, email correspondence). Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations. Manage office communications, including phone calls, emails, and internal messaging. Organize meetings, appointments, and conference calls. Maintain and update databases, filing systems, and records. Assist with onboarding, office supplies, and other administrative tasks as needed. Support cross-functional teams with project coordination and follow-ups. Any Additional Job duties Assigned Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace. Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
