THE JOB

We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team part-time. You’ll work closely with our Financial Controller and play an important role in our administration and finance processes. From managing accounts receivable and processing invoices to HR support and office organization — you’ll make sure things run smoothly behind the scenes.

Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices.
  • Support the Financial Controller with processing invoices and expense reports.
  • Take care of correspondence (emails, calls, documents).
  • Keep our records and databases up to date.
  • Pitch in with general office and team support.
