Job Description AAR, a SOCOTEC Company is seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Lacey, Washington. This position plays a key role in supporting daily office operations and assisting both the Operations Manager and Administration Manager. Responsibilities: Perform accurate data entry and maintain company records Organize and manage electronic filing systems Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and Administration Manager Answer emails and assist with general office communication Prepare documents, reports, and spreadsheets as needed Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Assist with scheduling, coordination, and other office tasks Other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager or Administration Manager MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR AN IN-PERSON INTERVIEW Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional communication skills Previous administrative experience preferred but not required Additional Information What We Offer: Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth and development Stable, professional workplace Benefits: Free Medical, Dental and Vision for Employees.
