We are currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant to support the processing of loan applications for our Defence client employees. While extensive experience is not a prerequisite, we are looking for candidates with a keen attention to detail and a strong willingness to learn.
Our team operates from modern, collaborative offices, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00, and we offer flexible working arrangements to promote a healthy work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing workflows according to established procedures, including making calls, answering phone and email inquiries, and processing transactions with precision.
  • Proactively resolving queries, advancing to team leaders, managers, or other departments as needed, while ensuring all interactions are logged appropriately.
  • Prioritising and scheduling daily tasks to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and suggest actionable changes to optimise processes.
  • Maintaining and updating database information to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Fostering positive relationships with internal and external clients, delivering service in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Handling the daily printing and mailing of data, reports, and invoices, while maintaining computer records for audit compliance.
  • Consistently meeting deadlines with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
