We are currently seeking a professional and bilingual Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations and client service experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluent in both Arabic and English (speaking, reading, writing)
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience using email platforms (especially Gmail or Outlook)
  • 1–3 years of experience in administration or front office roles
  • Strong communication skills and high attention to detail
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
