Key Responsibilities: Maintain and organize Special Education student files, ensuring all documents are kept in a timely and secure manner Track the location and security of all education files on an ongoing basis Coordinate with outside service providers for evaluations and special services, maintaining regular contact with stakeholders Schedule observations, testing, and other evaluations, and communicate arrangements to all involved parties Collect, review, and track all records and forms required for evaluations Facilitate campus visitors, including managing space reservations and ensuring smooth visitor flow Schedule and coordinate Special Education meetings, including notifying stakeholders of upcoming due dates and meeting times Reserve appropriate time and space for meetings, ensuring all logistical needs are met We foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that values professional growth and dedication to student success. Requirements Proven experience in administrative support or office management, preferably within an educational setting Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and manage time effectively Knowledge of special education processes and documentation is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with record management systems Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
