They will assist the Account Managers by performing assigned tasks and maintaining a neat and orderly office environment. Key Responsibilities & Duties: · Answer in-bound phone calls, transfer calls or page recipient, and offer voice mail or message assistance. Acquire detailed messages and in appropriate instances utilize the customer inquiry work paper for capturing relevant quote data for the Customer Service department. · Greet visitors and direct or escort them to their intended meeting location. Collect business cards from visitors without appointments. · Take responsibility over the office equipment and office supplies, ensuring that everything is stocked to appropriate levels and all systems are in working order. · Perform data entry into the E2 system with updates to job routing before filing. · Enter release orders for existing customers. · Maintain the front office filing system in an organized manner, update information, and purge files on a regular basis. · Assist in performing production work as deemed necessary by the Production Manager. · Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of the Account Manager or the GM.
