Our product range spans from 500-gallon tanks to a whopping 650,000 gallons, with each tank engineered to be site-specific, catering to diverse and customized project needs. As industry leaders, we have solidified our reputation among architects, engineers, general contractors, fire marshals, and other key stakeholders in Central Texas who rely on us for top-tier water storage solutions. We will ask for your help with:
· Helping the C-Suite stay organized and on-task
· Record keeping, project management, and client relations
· Bookkeeping and expense management
· Lead generation and community outreach
· Dealer relations
· Plan and schedule appointments and events
· Greet and assist onsite guests
· Answer inbound telephone calls
· Assist with management of other companies under same ownership
· Perform all other office tasks, as assigned
· Procurement of supplies, swag, and other fun stuff

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
· Ability to prioritize and multitask
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong attention to detail
· ​Strong organizational skills
· ​You will be working directly with the CEO, so reliability and trustworthiness will be required
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
