Description Key Responsibilities: Manage front office operations, including phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries Greets parishioners and maintains/administers appropriate safety procedures in secured environments. Maintain parish records and databases Assist with scheduling meetings, events, and church activities Prepare correspondence, reports, and bulletins Support clergy and parish staff with administrative tasks as needed Requirements Qualifications: Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office technology Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information High school diploma or equivalent and three years of administrative support experience are required. Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred. Experience may be substituted for degree. Education may be substituted for experience.
