SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 2 years experience in an administrative support role.
  • Diploma/Certificate in Business Administration would be an asset.
  • Strong customer service experience.
  • Excellent command of the English language both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency with MS Office.
  • CRM experience is desired (Salesforce).
  • Social Media experience is desired or willingness to learn.
  • Experience working with franchisees would be an asset.
  • Must be comfortable on the phones and doing preliminary video calls and interviews with potential new franchisees.
  • Ability to establish priorities and provide accurate and timely information.
  • Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work with all outside vendors, corporate departments, franchise owners, and franchise level employees.
  • Excellent command of the English language both verbal and written.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with excellent relationship building skills.
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

MUST LOVE A VARIETY OF ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS (AND DOGS…)

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in Richmond.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for incoming calls, answering preliminary questions related to the operations of the franchisee network.
  • Prepares correspondence in response to emails received from various email accounts related to STOR-X® products and services.
  • Provides administrative support duties in coordination of Franchisee meetings and quarterly update materials.
  • Assists with administrative tasks for Franchisees including training, accounting and operational support.
  • Follow-up with Franchisees on outstanding documentation related to accounting, marketing and other business disciplines.
  • Responsible for updating database content to maintain current and up-to-date status of specific tasks and follow-up items.
  • Prepares documents to track upgraded funds for all completed transfer transactions.
  • Processes and performs required procedures related to Franchise Operations.
  • Processes check requests, invoice reconciliation and cost ledger submissions from Franchisees’.
  • Completes reports and statistics requests from Senior Management.
  • Assists with coordination of company events.
