Responsibilities

PJT seeks to hire a highly motivated Administrative Assistant as part of the Healthcare team in our Strategic Advisory group. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills and have the ability to exercise good judgement in a variety of situations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Expense management – tracking, preparing and processing expense reconciliations, out-of-pocket reports and invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Project code creation – partnering with junior professionals to track, create and manage the life cycle of project codes
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, coordinate with other assistants, and confirm meetings with clients and internal colleagues
  • Arrange travel and reservations for professionals (e.g. flights, cars, hotels etc.), using good judgement with respect to timing and cost; assist with client travel as required
  • Provide general support on broader activities as needs arise, including support on reception, input on training programs and onboarding, new joiner orientation etc.

Qualifications
