REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum GCE A Level, with at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
  • IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Meticulous with good interpersonal, administrative, and organisational skills.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the team to support the department with the following:
  • Assist in admissions related duties, which includes applications and admissions processing of overseas applicants from the agents;
  • Follow up on application documents and application fees payment tracking;
  • Ensure timely updates of the application dossiers for handover process;
  • Apply Student Pass for international students;
  • Timely and accurate updating of information online from international students;
  • Student orientation correspondence details to enrolled students;
  • ssue letters for matriculated students;
  • Support the preparation of pre- and post-event student recruitment activities, such as lead form generation and collate feedback data through surveys; and
  • Timely and accurate updating of contact leads in database from the outreach activities.
  • Perform front desk duties, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer
