JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, a passion for marketing / social media and have experience in supporting growth of a business. This role is crucial in supporting daily operations and ensuring efficient administrative processes. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing various tasks, including data entry, creation of marketing materials and online social platforms, and maintaining organized records. Being deeply passionate about wellness, health and personal growth is essential for this role.

SKILLS

  • Proficiency in Jane App, Canva and web design/maintenance is a must
  • Familiar with Quickbooks and Google Workspace would be helpful
  • Excellent computer skills with a focus on data entry accuracy
  • Previous clerical experience in an office setting is preferred
  • Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Typing proficiency with attention to detail for accurate documentation
  • Experience in customer service roles with a focus on client satisfaction
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated
